Shipping, Cancellation & Order Tracking Policy

Domestic Shipping

• Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3 weeks.

• Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days for standard deliveries.

International Shipping

• For orders shipped outside India, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

• In case you receive a defective product, please contact us at theperkypenguinkol@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy

• Once an order has been processed, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

• The Perky Penguin reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the full amount to the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

• Your Airway Bill Number (AWB)

• The name of the courier partner

To track your shipment, visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number in the tracking section to view the current status and estimated delivery date.
