  • Reason for Exchange

Return & Exchange Conditions

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of shipping the product back to us. Once the exchange is approved, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

Product Condition

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be free from damage caused after delivery

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional periods

  • Personalized or custom-made products

Replacement Availability

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • An alternative product of equal value, or

  • A product of higher value (subject to availability)

Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

The Perky Penguin reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
