Please note:

Carefully check that all products you’ve received are correctly against your order.

In case of any damage or error in supply, kindly intimate the issue via e-mail within 7 days of delivery with relevant images attached to info@houseofdreams.in

On verification, we will offer you a replacement within 10 days from the return of the product.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, tags and labels should be intact.

ALTERATION POLICY

In the event of a sizing issue concerning a product we will be happy to make the required alterations to the existing piece.

Only one free alteration is provided per piece.

The return of the garment will be the customer’s responsibility and any charges would have to be borne by the customer. However, the shipping charges once the piece is altered will be at our cost.
